MS CRM Quick Company Searching

Since we installed CRM, it has been akward to find contacts within a certain company. We couldn’t search for the parent company while looking at contacts. We’d have to go to companies, do a search for a company, open it, and click on Contacts on the side. CRM just isn’t fast enough to do these simple steps in less than 20 seconds. I never thought to look for the fix, but apparently you can choose which fields CRM searches for in quick searches. Now it takes only a couple seconds and CRM feels a lot more useable.
