If I had an iPhone I would kill for one of these. I’ve tried many times to capture hand-written text with my phone and all I get is a blur. With this case you just slide over the macro lens. This jQuery plugin is similar to Safari 3’s find feature. It will darken everything on the page except for the element you specify. Validation is the most obvious use for this, but I’m sure there are more.

Also, it doesn’t just highlight an element, it can pulse and the overlay can be in any color. You can even confine the darkened area to one element, so you could just darken the form on the page with the invalid element.
